Remove annotation dependency on web mobile and make it dependent of CAP

Web mobile plugin has a dependency on annotation module that has been moved to DAM package. To avoid forcing the installation of DAM pacakge for installing the Web mobile module, we should remove the annotation dependency, may it remove a feature that is currently in the web mobile module.
Note that web-mobile-dm should be removed web-mobile and be directly dependent of CAP.
