Fix home links for non-member users

      Description

      To reproduce, create a user that does not have access to any document in the default repository (so not in the members group).
      Home links navigation is broken because js is adding conversation-related information to an empty URL.

      Problem is visible since home links now rely on the rest_document_link action type.
