Reduce time running nuxeo-directoy-ldap tests

      Description

      Not sure if this directly linked to recent developments, but it seems that this module tests take ~ 20 min (over 30 min running tests in nuxeo-services, see https://qa.nuxeo.org/jenkins/job/nuxeo-services-master/1569/ for instance)

      This is also visible in Test&Push jobs: it takes a long time running these tests.

      -> need to find out what's taking time (setting up the fake ldap server?) and if this can be improved
