Fix property actionStyleClass on action widgets when using 'icons' display

      Description

      When using a documentActionsWithForms widget type with actionsDisplay set to "icons", the defined 'actionStyleClass' property is not used: the class on the link is always "actionLink button".

      I don't need the button class in icons mode.
