Fix error when changing configuration from Admin Center Setup tab

      Description

      Pb occurs on 09/22 snapshot. I have Drive, DM and Social Collab installed.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go in the Admin Center.
      2. Click on the Setup tab.
      3. Click on Save without changing anything.
        -> You get an error: "java.math.BigDecimal cannot be cast to java.lang.String"
        See attached stacktrace.
