Fix help tooltip position on faceted search and DAM search

      Description

      The help tooltip is positioned to "bottom center" on default layout template, this does not make the tooltip very visible when using the faceted search form or the DAM search.

      Problem is only visible on 5.8 branch, the 5.9.x series have moved to another tooltip library that handles this use case properly (see NXP-13842)
