Remove all the page providers contributions from ES Marketplace

      Description

      The Elasticsearch addon should not deploy any page providers. It will be the role of either a dynamic choice or a third party addon that "configures your Nuxeo Platform to hit ES". In CAP, only the search tab should rely on an ES page provider, by default.
