Translate select2 selection messages in french

Steps to reproduce:

• Set language preferences to french
• In the admin center, go to users and groups
• Edit an existing group
• Start typing for a group name

Messages appear as:
==> "please enter 3 more characters" // "no matches found"

Should be translated in french instead.
