Grid > Make column width more robust

When creating a grid layout, the width should be 100% or 99,99% depending of the columns you display (50% / 50%, 75% / 25%, etc )

-> Update values to make the grid closer to 100% or 99,99%
-> make box-sizing and clear:both systematic
