Wizard > Review width and styles

By adding the new register form, it appears that the wizard should be displayed in a bigger area to keep readability.

remove unused styles & images
review wizard size (width / height) and display
update styles
add favicon
background-image on iframe is disturbing when register
missing margin in register embedded form
increase line-height on screen after registration
link the corporate font from WP
the blue buttons that switch to red when hover seems really unsecure
With IE11, the placeholder text is displayed like regular text, so user can think that the field it prefilled in (See attached screenshots).
