      Description

      Step to reproduce: define a help message containing quotes, for instance.

      The help will be displayed inside the tooltip using """ instead of the original quote character.

      This is visible by default on the help message for the "Change comment" textarea in a document edit tab: the tooltip shows: "This comment will be visible in the logs displayed in the "History" tab".
