Fix incorrect carriage return when adding several rows in listing layouts

Steps to reproduce (from Studio):

• define a result layout with one column
• inside this column, drop the dc:title text widget (not the one showing a link), and then the dc:modified widget, and then the dc:lastContributor

=> title and modified info are shown on the same line, whereas contributor has a <br /> tag before it.
