Fix ajaxified tabs activation when using IE 10 or higher

Ajaxified tabs require the user's browser's session history to be manipulated in JavaScript, and this is possible on IE from IE10.

Currently IE is accepted only if chromeframe is detected.

Also doc at http://doc.nuxeo.com/x/QQA7 should be updated to explain that ajaxfied tabs support depends on the browser.
