Improve automation chain input parameters management

      Description

      Input parameters declared on a chain currently seem to conform to operation chain parameters in the code (roughly) but their type and default values are ignored, and there is no check on required parameters.

      We also need to check how these parameters should be referenced in operations using them (currently @{ChainParameters['paramName']}) so that it's possible for the framework (or Studio) to perform additional checks.
