Investigate long page load at first login

      Description

      Changes for NXP-13830 show that first login can take more than 30s on DM, this leads to random failures on AWS slaves when running Selenium tests.

      Now the first login timeout has been changed from 30s to 45s, removing random failures, but this long load at first login should be investigated (starting with DEBUG logs enabled, and with nuxeo-dm package installed, for instance)
