Rename default nuxeo.conf file in Debian packages

In the Debian package, the nuxeo.conf file is copied to /etc/nuxeo/nuxeo.conf. The original file is useless and confusing : if it was not there, it would not be possible to call nuxeoctl with wrong environment parameters.
Rename the original file to nuxeo.conf.dist.
