Make Elasticsearch integration support multi repositories

On 5.9.3 nuxeo-elasticsearch supports only a single repository.

Enabling mulit repositories support will enable to handle large volume.
For instance we may have a big archive repository (read only) and a smaller working repository, Elasticsearch can handle search on both.

This enables to use multiple database and share the db load making the platform more scalable.
