Make the expiration date mandatory

On the Easy Share folder creation and edition forms, the Expiration date should be mandatory. It should also have a tooltip that says "After the expiration date is passed, the folder will not be accessible anymore using its public URL." (FR: "Une fois la date d'expiration dépassée, le dossier ne sera plus accessible par son URL publique.")
