Improve Nuxeo Static WAR packaging

      Description

      We should work on improving the static WAR packaging :

      • better test the existing mode (5.8.0 was actually broken). We should add it to the IT tests (the one in the end of the tests serie)
      • provide documentation and a configuration guide
      • make it work for other app servers than tomcat 7

      We may have to

      • completely embed DataSources management in Nuxeo
      • isolate nuxeo.war class loader to avoid lib conflicts
