Add document url in context parameters when resolving documents for initializing multiple document suggestion widget

Steps to reproduce:

1. On the DM or DAM faceted search form, search and select a collection in the Collections field.
2. Click on the collection name in the Collections field.
   The collection is displayed.
3. Go back on the faceted search.
4. search and select the same collection in the Collections field.
5. Click on the Filter button.
6. Click on the collection name in the Collections field.
   A Page not found error is displayed.
   The URL displayed in the URL bar is http://10.213.2.113:8080/nuxeo/undefined.
