Fix ordering of directory items

      Description

      When a select box is configured to display items with accents, the items labels are not correctly sorted if they contains accents.
      For instance, the list

      {"tacle,"tache","tâche"}

      will be sorted in

      {"tache,"tacle","tâche"}

      whereas it should be

      {"tache,"tâche","tacle"}

      .
