      Description

      On 5.8, with nuxeo-platform-smart-search:1.4.0 installed, mp-upgrade suggests nuxeo-platform-smart-search:1.4.1-SNAPSHOT

      That should not be the case : upgrade to SNAPSHOT is only valid if already using a SNAPSHOT or if using the -s,--snapshot option.

      That is not the case with mp-install. Align mp-upgrade on the same behavior.
