IMPORTANT MIGRATION STEP

Because the tables aclr_user and aclr_user_map may contain old duplicate rows now visible since ~~NXP-13691~~, for databases that are upgraded the following must be executed:
DROP TABLE aclr_user;
DROP TABLE aclr_user_map;

On concurrent access for a first-time user, several identical rows can be inserted in aclr_user (and aclr_user_map).

Since ~~NXP-13691~~ this causes duplicate documents to be seen in queries.
