Using nuxeo-tree-snapshot, documents can be created post publication in a section

Using Nuxeo-tree-snapshot 5.8 HF 08 :

• I create a folderish doc in a workspace
• I create a snapshot from this folderish doc
• I publish my folderish doc in a section where I have Write rights
• I go to the published document into the section
• I am still able to create documents into the published document

=> I should not be able to create documents in a section after a document is published using the standard publication mechanism.
