Folders shoudn't be displayed in the bookmarks drop down list

The bookmarks drop down list currently displays both shared bookmarks and their folders, alphabetically sorted. It is difficult to understand where you're going to bookmark the document if bookmarks / folders names are not very explicit.
We should just display Shared bookmarks in the drop down list. Then the user can unfold the bookmark structure to see its folders and bookmark in a folder.
