Release script must not replace all version occurences in all files

      Description

      When a release is done by the Jenkins job, it might replace some versions that it's not supposed to (for instance, since version markers on widget types configurations, see https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo-jsf/commit/794ad6cca4cbd816a3680b1f96e39dda16101945)
