Fix generic issues and cleanup required for the release of Marketplace packages:
- POM review (missing dependencies, repositories, ...)
- Maven 3 related issues (relativePath, ...),
- forgotten SNAPSHOT references,
- ...
All issues making the released code fail on command "mvn clean install -fae -Paddons,distrib,all-distributions -Prelease,-qa" (whereas the build is fine on SNAPSHOT).
