Fix Studio tagged modules description

The description of Studio tagged modules is incorrect and empty:

• Listed target platforms are always the one from the last package instead of being the ones from the current tagged module
• home page shows a broken page, maybe there's something needed on Connect site for this page to be displayed properly?

Same for 0.0.0-SNAPSHOT module listing in "local packages"
