Reassign button is not available from the document Workflow tab

It is currently possible to assign a task from the Process view of the task (Home > Workflow > Process > More > Reassign).
When you open the document from that Process view, the Reassign button on the Workflow tab of the document is available.
But when you go on the document by browsing the workspace, the Reassign button on the Workflow tab is not available.
