Parallel workflow not available from Workflow drop-down after a parallel workflow has been canceled

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a parallel workflow.
2. Abandon it from the Workflow tab.
   -> The document is still locked.
   -> Only the serial workflow is available from the drop-down list.
3. Go on the parent and back on the document.
   -> no change.
4. Unlock the document.
   -> Only the serial workflow is available from the drop-down list.
5. Go on the parent and back on the document.
   -> Both serial and parallel workflows are available from the drop-down list.
