Reset thumbnails and video conversions when updating the main file

When updating or deleting the main file the following fields need to be reset:

• the thumbnail (in the thumbnail schema)
• the video conversions
• the video info
• the video screenshot
• the video storyboard

For pictures, it's already done as we put back the "empty picture" image.
