Drive: prevent launching several Nuxeo Drive processes in parallel

      Description

      Currently this is posssible, just launch Drive twice.
      Though a check on an existing sync process is done through a pid file, which prevents from having 2 synchronization processes running in parallel.

      We should be able to find a way to even prevent launching 2 main threads.
