Make Navigation clear between Document Management and Personal Workspace

The personal workspace is a specific space in the DM view (similar but confusing)

In the header, clicking on Personal Workspace takes you to your space. Once you are in it and manage your document, you should be able to click on the header link Document Management to come back to the DM view and repositories, not on another link (back to document base doesn't mean anything for a user).

The personal workspace should be displayed in the Home view, in a new tab.
The actions related to the worklist and clipboard should display feedback messages like: "Added to the worklist".
