      Description

      Since changes for NXP-13179, deployment fails at startup with the following error:

      2014-01-09 22:14:57,824 ERROR [localhost-startStop-1] [org.nuxeo.ecm.core.schema.XSDLoader] FatalError: The prefix "xs" for element "xs:simpleType" is not bound.
2014-01-09 22:14:57,825 ERROR [localhost-startStop-1] [org.nuxeo.ecm.core.schema.SchemaManagerImpl] org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; systemId: file:/home/hudson/tmp/workspace/addons_FT_nuxeo-webengine-sites-master/ftest/selenium/target/tomcat/nxserver//schemas/webpage.xsd; lineNumber: 7; columnNumber: 30; The prefix "xs" for element "xs:simpleType" is not bound.

      This is visible in selenium tests (see attached file)
