Allow bypassing calls to connect.nuxeo.com when running tests

      Description

      Some calls to connect.nuxeo.com are done while running tests, this can slow down tests execution or even generate timeouts if connect is slow to answer.

      When tests do not need any interaction with Connect, there shoud be a runtime property allowing to bypass calls to connect.nuxeo.com
