IE11: Issues with the wizard

      Description

      On IE11

      • the next page of the wizard is not loaded when I click on the "Continue without a free trial" button at step "Nuxeo Connect".
        I have tested with IE10 and FF and it works.
      • The next step button doesn't work if I select no module (just CAP).
