Drive: locally renaming a folder then remotely deleting it doesn't delete the local folder

To reproduce:

• Create a remote folder with a document in it under a sync root, wait until it is locally created
• Rename the folder on the file system, wait until it is remotely renamed
• Delete the remote folder => it is not locally deleted
