Drive: registering as a sync root a folder for which the path is included in one of the existing sync root's paths has no effect

      Description

      To reproduce:

      • Create 2 folders: 
        /default-domain/workspaces/folder
/default-domain/workspaces/folder1
      • Register /default-domain/workspaces/folder as a sync root => it is actually registered
      • Register /default-domain/workspaces/folder1 as a sync root => it is not actually registered
