Fix selenium test failure on testVocabulariesManagement by ordering available vocabularies

It seems the order of vocabularies has changed, so "continent" is the first one displayed, so the ajax request is not sent.

Let's make this deterministic by sorting alphabetically vocabularies, it'll ensure that continent is not already selected.
