Can't install package in manual mode

      Description

      From the admin center, I wanted to install the latest (5.8.0 HF02) hotfix, but in manual mode since it required to install SNAPSHOT versions of other plugins (another bug I suppose).

      Except when I click the "Continue installation of package ..." button, nothing happens: I get the same page, except with the "manual mode" checkbox unchecked (cf Screenshots).

      EDIT: I found a workaround by installing the hotfix manually with:

      ./nuxeoctl mp-install nuxeo-5.8.0-HF02 --nodeps
