Fix workflow variables when validating several tasks in bulk

Problem spotted using the HR plugin (time off request Studio project): when validating time off requests in bulk, some variables used in the notification email are incorrect and seem to be taken from one of the tasks instead.

The link to the request is ok, but the date(s) and comment(s) are not not (might be the case for other variables too)
