Fix big header when update center updates icon is visible

      Description

      When the update center updates icon is show to administrators, the header becomes too big (see attached screenshot).

      Steps to reproduce: install a 5.8 and register to connect.
      The icon will be shown because there are hotfixes available for 5.8.
