Drive: HTTPS proxy check is done using an HTTP request

To validate the proxy settings, a GET request is made to http://www.google.com.
This fits if the proxy type is HTTP, but in the case of HTTPS, the request should be: https://www.google.com, otherwise proxy check will fail if Drive is behind such a proxy, trying to access the http://www.google.com URL directly.
