Cannot change tab on a empty video document

On a empty "Video" document (with no Video attached). I cannot change tab, it always displays the summary tab (if I click on edit for instance), even if the correct tab name is displayd in the URL. Nothing in the logs.

It seems to also happen with a Video that has no story-board
