Changing the folder after droping files on the bulk import form makes the Import button unavailable

Steps to reproduce:

1. On DAM click on the bulk Import button.
   -> The import form is displayed. Import button is not clickable.
   => OK
2. On the bulk import form, drop one or more files.
   -> The Import button is clickable.
   => OK
3. Select a folder in the Location select2 field.
   -> The Import button is not clickable anymore.
   => NOT OK.
