Select2 default selection formatter and suggestion formatter are reversed

The default selection formatter is used instead of the default suggestion formatter and vice versa.

This affects document suggestion, the suggested entries have an inner link pointing to the related document. In some browsers (i.e. FF17), clicking on the suggested entry may result in navigating to the associated document.
