      Description

      NXP-10884 added an additional check (needed on Oracle RAC active/active) on INST_ID = SYS_CONTEXT('USERENV', 'INSTANCE') but this addition was not reported in all uses of FROM GV$SESSION WHERE SID = SYS_CONTEXT('USERENV', 'SID'): addClusterNode and removeClusterNode in oracle.sql.txt must also use it.
