Add debug information to layouts/widgets when using dev mode

      Description

      When property org.nuxeo.dev is set to true, the UI should display additional information about rendered layouts/widgets and provide links to the corresponding contribution, maybe using the explorer addon to help (and maybe adding links to Studio if Studio marks the contributed extensions)
