Speed up NXRuntime Service injection in Seam

Based on FT-nuxeo-master-bench-dm-tomcat Job and reader-cpu test

Here is what I see :

10/09 - build 430 => Rq/s > 35
11/09 - build 431 => Rq/s > 35

13/09 - build 433 => Rq/s about 32

<-- ??? nothing changed on Seam !!!

14/09 - build 434 - Rq/s < 28

20/09 - build 441 - Rq/s < 28

<-- add cache in Seam injection lookup : nuxeo-jsf-master #1463 and #1465 (NXP-12212)

20/09 - build 443 - Rq/s about 30 / 31
...
21/09 - build 445 - Rq/s about 30 / 31 (seem a little bit better)

Because of the ??? between the 13 and 14 : NXRuntime Seam injection may not be the only source.
