Make Select2 widgets more generic

      Description

      The select2 widgets code needs to be reviewed to:

      • handled hardcoded values that are actually configurable on the UserManager
      • fix or check CSV and PDF modes
      • make sure widget properties are resolved (currently if they're EL expressions, they will not be resolved)
